To outline someone's experience – to talk/describe the experience

Prospective employer – someone who you might work for at some point in the future

To resign – to leave the job voluntary

To be in charge of – to be responsible for some job

Outside interests – hobbies that are not connected to your professional life

On a day-to-day basis – smth that you do every day

An excellent match for – smth that perfectly suits you

To benefit the company – to do smth good for the company

To give an edge over – to be better in smth

First-rate – smth of a high class

Bafflegab - incomprehensible or pretentious verbiage, especially bureaucratic jargon

Alphabet soup - a metaphor for an abundance of abbreviations or acronyms

Extracurricular activities - activities that you performed not as a part of the usual course of work or studies at a school or college

Proactive - controlling a situation by making things happen rather than waiting for things to happen and then reacting to them

Remit - the area of activity over which a particular person or group has authority, control or influence (my remit included)

Major Contributions - something that you contribute or do to help produce or achieve something together with other people, or to help make something successful

Vocational training - vocational education and skills prepare you for a particular type of work

To earn one's stripes - to prove that one deserves his/her position, ex. I can earn my stripes within your company

Enhancement - the process of improving the quality, amount, or strength of something

Spearheading - display of initiative, leadership over a project, research
