If you are striving to boost your Android development skills and gain the hands-on experience needed to start your IT career, this internship is for you.
Under the guidance of EPAM experts, you will:
- Explore the fundamentals of Android architecture and modern development practices
- Learn to design and implement Android applications using Kotlin
- Discover how to work with UI components, layouts and Jetpack libraries
- Get acquainted with solutions for implementing local data storage
- Master modern AI tools to improve your code and boost productivity
- Upon graduation, you may have the opportunity to take a technical interview and start your career at EPAM.
Program details:
- Registration close date: June 12, 2026
- Tech Assessment Deadline: June 15, 2026 (please pay special attention to this date)
- Program start date: July 1, 2026*
- Program end date: September 30, 2026
- Format: online learning program on a structured learning platform with mentor support. Participants are expected to study theory materials independently, complete tests, and solve practical tasks.
- Average study workload: about 20 hours per week (around 4 hours per day)

Training process:
The program will last ~3 months and require ~20 hours of weekly engagement, such as:
- Self-study materials, accessible at any time
- Practical tasks, theory quizzes and individual projects
- Regular mentoring sessions led by EPAM experts
Upon successful completion, you will have an opportunity to take part in a standard selection process where you’ll compete with other candidates for the chance to receive a job offer and join EPAM as a Junior Java Engineer or other roles that match your knowledge and skills level and available and align with the current demand for talent in the company.
The number of spots in the course is limited, and your chances of being accepted depend on how well you perform during the selection stages. Candidates who achieve the highest scores in the English test, theoretical assessment, and practical task will be invited to join the program.
Android
Android is an OS and a programming platform developed by Google for smartphones, tablets and other devices. It has the largest installation base and is still growing fast.
What is required for training:
Skills requirements:
- English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
- Basic knowledge of Kotlin (variables, functions, OOP, collections)
- Understanding of Android fundamentals (Activity, Fragment, Android Studio)
- Familiarity with data structures (arrays, lists, maps)
Nice to have:
- Physical Android device for testing on real hardware
- Experience with any programming language
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- Basic understanding of REST APIs
Hardware requirements:
- Laptop capable of running Android Studio
General requirements:
- Citizens of Argentina and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
- Final-year university students, graduates and specialists switching careers
- Individuals aged 18 years and older
How to get started?

- Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and achieve at least a B1 level result to proceed.
- Take the technical assessment available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration to proceed.
- Have an interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you are among the shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements and have performed well on the tests.
- Pass an online technical interview. You will speak with an Android engineer and demonstrate your knowledge (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates).
- Join the kick-off session and start learning. We will share enrollment results and instructions closer to the program start date.
