Training process

Transform your career in just 4 months with our program, designed to fit the busiest schedule with only ~12-14 hours of weekly engagement.

With a flexible, ongoing enrollment format, you can join one of our three upcoming groups, starting April 14, May 12 or June 16.

Here's what your learning journey will look like:

  • Exploration of self-study materials, accessible at any time  
  • Completion of practical tasks and theory quizzes with instant feedback 
  • Interactive group mentoring with two live sessions per week

After successfully completing the course, you could progress to more advanced stages based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM.  

What is required for training:

  • English level from B2 and higher 
  • Proficiency with Java basics and some practical experience
  • Good understanding of Collections 
  • Familiarity with Java I/O and Lambda & Stream
  • Solid logical and algorithmic thinking
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 3 days after registration and reach at least the B2 level result to proceed.  
  3. Pass an entry technical test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should take it within 3 days after registration, but no later than May 30 to proceed.
  4. Receive an invitation to the program and start studying. We will notify you of the final enrollment results and provide detailed instructions for starting your learning journey if you are admitted.

  • This program is for citizens of Lithuania and specialists who have relocated to this country for a permanent stay.
  • We will form training groups in the ongoing format. The first group will start on April 14, the second on May 12 and the third on June 16.
  • The course start dates may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email.
  • Considering the limited number of spots, the selection results will be crucial in determining enrollment.
