The program's goal is to deepen the connection between educators and the IT industry, enabling a better understanding of the current realities of the IT field and imparting to students efficient and relevant knowledge and skills for their successful future careers.
Participants will learn about modern approaches to utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and practical skills for solving complex problems and fostering innovative thinking. The training program will help educators gain a deeper understanding of the principles of generative AI, learn to use its tools for preparing educational materials, conducting classes, and generating new ideas and solutions.
During the training, participants will gain relevant theoretical knowledge, practical experience with appropriate tools, and the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in practice.
Those who successfully complete the entire training will receive a certificate from EPAM and the IT Ukraine Association.

Тeachers Internship was launched back in 2017 by EPAM and the IT Ukraine Association. Since then, the program has been helping teachers enrich their theoretical knowledge with practical project experience and see the work of an IT company "from the inside". This enables a better understanding of today's realities of the IT field and provides students with the most applicable and relevant knowledge and skills for a successful career in the future.
The main feature of the Teachers Internship is that the program is designed for teachers of different levels of proficiency in artificial intelligence tools and awareness of modern teaching technologies. We give both those who have already worked with them and those who are just getting started in this field the opportunity to deepen their knowledge. The highlight of this year's program is the Learn Portal and the possibility of its implementation in educational institutions in Ukraine.
Participants will experience:
- 3 weeks of intensive online training
- 6 topics with the most up-to-date information for educators (6 lectures lasting 1-2 hours each and completion of a final task)
- A wealth of relevant and useful information from experts.
Please note that the number of slots in the program is limited, and participant selection will be based on the motivation and goals outlined in the survey during registration.
How to get started?

- Fill out the Survey by January 13, 9:00 AM (based on your answers we will select participants for the program).
- Receive an email confirming enrollment in the program (on January 16, after 6:00 PM)
- Start your training journey on January 20th and enjoy your Internship!
